Apology
Thursday, September 23rd, 2004Dear Mr Tremmel,
I would like to apologise for the recent email sent to you, entitled ‘Hot
Offers on British Airways Holidays’. I am aware that you told us, as a
ba.com registered customer, that you do not want to receive marketing
communications from the British Airways group, and this last offers email
was sent in error. I am reviewing our procedures and will ensure that
this does not happen again.
Yours sincerely,
Joseph Sikorsky
Manager, UK Direct and Digital Marketing
